MCADEMY
Mcademy was launched in 2022 with the aim of offering more people the opportunity to make the step towards rail logistics. Because we see that from way back, rail freight operators have settled in Rotterdam, the biggest growth in rail staff is also seen in this region. Other areas (so-called hinterland) are developing strongly. See for instance the Venlo region where a completely new terminal has been built, with 8 tracks of 900 m. The step to working internationally is also easier in Venlo and the surrounding and region because the inhabitants live at max. 5 km from the border and are more accustomed to the German language.
In combination with our other activities from our sister entities, we can offer a (study) job guarantee with a salary already secured during the training. As soon as the candidates have obtained their certificates, they can immediately be employed by a sister entity or fellow carriers.
